Attorney Igal Zlobinsky holds an LL.B. and is certified by the Israeli Administrator General to prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney.
The office provides personal legal guidance in real estate transactions, wills and succession, enduring powers of attorney, loan agreements, marital agreements, dissolution of co-ownership and more. Every matter is handled with legal thoroughness, availability and clear explanations — so clients understand their options and can make decisions with confidence.
Alongside ongoing legal services, Adv. Zlobinsky has experience representing clients and regulating rights before the Israel Land Authority and other government authorities. Services are available in Hebrew, Russian and English, and when necessary a meeting can also be held at the client’s home.
